You've mastered execution.
Now become the leader.
For the high achieving woman earning multiple 6 figures who is still executing brilliantly for someone else's vision, instead of leading her own.
From executor to leader (in your life and your career), multiplying your income, your authority and your impact. By becoming more yourself and more joyful, not less.
You didn't climb this high to feel this small.
You've done everything right.
The degrees. The hours. The deals no one else could close. The title that makes people sit up straighter when you walk into the room.
And yet.
You're talked over in meetings you should be running. You watch men with half your results get promoted past you. You come home with nothing left for the people you love most.
You've started counting the years to retirement... at the peak of your career.
There's a name for where you are.
You're an executor, not yet a leader, despite what your title says.
Too senior to be told what to do. Not yet powerful enough to set the direction.
You're not failing. You're not "bad at politics."
You've simply spent more than a decade mastering a game you never designed, playing by rules written by others, for others, in a system that was never made for you.
And mastering someone else's game has a price.
You've been paying it every night.
Here's what nobody tells you about being stuck as an executor:
You can't become a leader by executing harder.
More hours won't do it. Another qualification won't do it. Being twice as good, you've already tried that, won't do it.
The women who break through the ceiling... who multiply their income, their power and their energy inside the most demanding institutions on earth... aren't executing better.
They've stopped playing the game.
And started shaping it.
I know, because I made that exact shift.
And before that... I was you.
This is the transformation. In the four places your life actually happens.
-
At Work
From overworked, underpaid and talked over... to multiplying your money, your power and your impact, setting the direction instead of following someone else's. From managing a team... to becoming the leader people strive to work for. From counting the days to retirement to feeling you could do this job forever.
That's what sustainable leadership means. And yes: in my case, this meant 3x my compensation within 18 months.
-
In Your Body
From running on empty to energy people can see. My clients' faces change within three months. The people around them notice before they do.
-
With your family
From poor boundaries, resentment and half-presence... to softness, presence and joy. The kind your children will actually remember.
-
With Yourself
From trapped, reactive, secretly drafting your resignation letter... to grounded, grateful and intentional. From victim of the system to designer of your life. Every struggle becomes material. Everything becomes a choice.
Notice what's not on this list: becoming harder. Colder. More armoured. More like them.
The women who reach multiple seven figures sustainably don't get there by becoming less of themselves.
They get there by becoming more.

This is for you if:
You earn multiple six figures in finance, law, consulting, tech or real estate… and you know you're built for the bigger job.
You're done adapting to a system that was never designed for you.
You want power and presence. Income and energy. The career and the family dinner.
You want success that you can enjoy and sustain over decades
You're willing to do real inner work, daily — not collect frameworks.
This is not for you if:
You want permission to quit. (I'll probably talk you out of it.)
You want tactics without transformation.
You're looking for someone to validate the story that it's all everyone else's fault.
You've seen leadership coaches. Maybe you've hired one.
Here's why this is not that.
I lived it — and won inside the system.
Most coaches teach theory from outside the arena. I spent two decades in the arena, hit the wall you're hitting, and came out the other side with triple the income and a life I love. My advice is practical because it's lived.
We rewire beliefs, not just behaviour.
You can't out-strategise a limiting belief. The coaching goes to the root: the stories about power, worth and permission that keep brilliant executors from claiming the leadership they've already earned.
The body is in the room.
State change comes through daily practices that include your body — not just your mind. This is why my clients' energy transforms in months, not years. You can't lead from a body that's running on fumes.
The transformation is 360.
Someone might hire me to get the bigger job. What they get is excellence across their whole life — because that's the only kind of leadership that survives the decades.
This method wasn't built in a workshop. It's the distillation of my own transformation from executor to leader, and of watching other brilliant women make the same crossing. It's tailor-made for one woman: the highly capable executor who refuses to stay just that.
Working with Ana at Goldman Sachs was a turning point in my career. Under her influence, I moved from someone who executed tasks to someone who took real ownership of my projects, my decisions, and my development. Her way of working also unlocked something I had not expected: my creativity. As an investor, that turned out to be everything — the difference between following a framework and truly developing your own edge.
And something else happened along the way: I also started enjoying the ride so much more. The two things I always thought were in tension — ambition and fulfillment — became aligned. I remain a very competitive person. That has not changed. But Ana helped me understand that competing with yourself, and winning on your own terms, is the highest form of performance. If you are looking for someone to help you unlock that, I cannot think of a better person.
Edouard Escande — ex Executive Director, Goldman Sachs
Don't take my word for it. Take theirs.
I spent 20 years inside the most demanding institution in the world. Here's what almost broke me — and what happened when it didn't.
I built my career at Goldman Sachs, in real estate private equity. Revenue-facing. Male-dominated. No hiding place.
By 34, in 2015 I had built a large business from Barcelona — unheard of at that level — been promoted to Managing Director, and reached seven-figure compensation.
On paper: unstoppable.
Then in 2017 my daughter was born, my home world collapsed, and by 2018 I was divorced. At work, I stalled. Male peers moved past me. I was frustrated, underpaid, underused... and furious about it.
I was still executing brilliantly. And still invisible where it counted. Every symptom on this page? I had it. The exhaustion. The resentment. The nights I wanted to cry. The quiet plan to quit.
Everyone expected me to leave. Take the softer role. Choose.
In 2020, I made a different decision. I stayed — and I stopped playing small.
I stopped playing their game. I started shaping it. And I became more myself every single day.
What happened next is the entire basis of my method:
My compensation tripled in 2021. On top of seven figures.
I became the highest-paid Managing Director in my business, globally.
I was named CIO of a global fund and built a team of exceptional performers.
I was put up for partner at Goldman Sachs — twice.
And here's the part that matters most: in that same period, I met the love of my life. My relationship with my ex-husband healed. My children are thriving. I refused to choose between extraordinary success and a life I love.
And the moment I refused was the moment both exploded.
That's not a slogan. That's my CV.
You already know how this story goes if nothing changes.
Another year executing someone else's vision. Another man promoted past you. Another night with nothing left in the tank... telling yourself next year will be different.
Or you make the decision I made in 2020.
Not to leave. Not to shrink. Not to keep executing a role you've already outgrown.
To lead it. Becoming more of yourself every single day.
Nobody is going to hand you the authority.
Give it to yourself.
