I want to have a great career.
I want to make a lot of money.
I want to have impact in the world.
I want to feel great in my body.
I want to have loads of energy.
I want to live in joy.
I want to be a present and loving mother to my children.
I want to have a partner who meets me at a deep value and intimate level.
I want to feel alive.
I want to have great friends.
And for a long time I thought that because I had “brains” — I could not have all of the above.
That it was always a choice.
That somewhere along the way I would have to pick.
And yet I watched so many men around me having all of it.
And very few women.
And I asked myself — why?
And then I said to myself — this is not enough for me.
I refuse to choose.
And I started working towards all of it - UNDER MY OWN DEFINITION OF SUCCESS
And what I discovered surprised me —
every single one of those things made me better at the others.
